MADE TO ORDER
Every Wry Bird T-shirt is printed especially for you rather than sitting around in a warehouse waiting to be bought.
Please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be produced before it heads your way. Orders are generally produced and shipped from a location close to you.
DELIVERY

Free delivery on all UK orders.
International
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been produced, delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping service. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
RETURNS
Changed your mind? That's fine.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You'll then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Please contact us before returning anything and we'll provide the return details. Return postage for unwanted items is your responsibility.
We'll refund your payment, including the standard delivery charge you paid, once the returned item has been received (or you've provided evidence that you've sent it back).
SOMETHING WRONG?
If your T-shirt arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery.
Email hello@wrybird.com with your order number and a clear photograph showing the problem. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
For genuine manufacturing or printing problems, we'll work with our production partner to put things right.
